Perfect Ninja Foodi jacket potatoes cooked on Steam Air Fry using the probe. Crispy skin and fluffy insides done to perfection. Add 300ml to the main pot. Wash and dry your potato; add to crisping basket. Oil the skin and add salt and pepper. Insert probe as per manual instrictions and set the temperature to 100c on ‘Manual’ – be patient until the internal temperature reaches 100c. Handle with care!
